Auto Attendance Skip Check out (within grace period)

We need help on the checkout being skipped by auto-attendance, and an employee’s attendance becomes Halfday. The shift has an early exit grace period of 15 mins before the regular checkout of 16:00.

I tried the following steps:

  1. Uncheck Skip Auto-attendance on Checkin (save)
  2. Update Last Sync of Checkin. (save)

After a few minutes the Skip Auto-attendance updated to skip again.
