I was trying to integrate with my google drive
There are several places in ERPNext where that message appears, inappropriately.
Where that happens, a change made in the browser will immediately replicate to the backend database, before you hit Save. When you actually hit Save the discrepancy is noticed and reported as that warning.
All you need to do is reload the page and confirm that the change you wanted has actually been implemented.
I assume you hit the Authorize Google Drive button, so I assume it caused the database update which caused the error. Reload now and see whether that’s the case.

I wish I had thought of that a long time ago. It would have saved me countless days of frustration. I used to trip over that error frequently. Thanks!
