Attendance setup and Payroll

A company attandance and payroll system works like:

  1. Company marks late if person check-in through bio-metric machine and a employee gets number lates exceeds a limit it marked as half day and marked full day if exceed number of late comings. Moreover, there is a rule that if employee has informed his late coming reason to his supervisor than that late coming won’t be marked means it is manually. How to function this in attendance system and payroll accordingly in deductions.
  2. Futuremore, if person has not checked in than it is considered as 1 half day and deduct salary according.

We are using ZKteco attendance machine.
