Assign Projects in Journal Entry

How can i choose projects while creating journal entries , i mean to assign expenses to a project.

Hi Sameh,

You can create Cost Center by Project name to achieve this.

A better way would be to create a custom field for Project, and use it as a Link field with Project Doc type

Would this be applicable to all GL Entries that are autocreated into the GL Entry doctype?

Yes, the Project will be linked in GL Entry. Also, note that the Project link is available out of box in the Journal Entry Account child table in the recent versions.
