Assign a Project Manager

How could I assign different projects to different users and everybody should have access to its own projects, tasks only?

Insert a Custom Link field of Employee in the Project and Task master. Apply User Permission on the Project and Task field based on the Employee selected in that Project/Task.

Thanks a lot for explanation. I am not yet fully aware of the way you are discussing. I have the similar needs. Can you please guide a bit in more detail how can we setup it in Version 11.
