Employees can evaluate themselves which is perfect. With a special role also managers able to evaluate their subordinates.
Here I have a question. In order to enable a manager to evaluate a person, I had to share the person with the manager. Then, the manager can see the person on the list. This cause manager to see that persons’ personal data.
How can I stop that? Is there any better way other than sharing?
Secondly, time to time managers need to evaluate each other. There is no way I can share their profiles with each other. What should be done for that matter?
