In Purchase Order, after ticking Apply Tax Withholding Amount then SAVE
Purchase Taxes and Charges did not update, only applied Tax Rule for Tax Category VATABLE is present. Withholding Tax Category rate (2%) is missing.
Here is our Tax Withholding Category entry with a rate of (2%):
Put any amount (Php 0.01) except zero on Single Transaction Threshold and Cumulative Transaction Threshold of your Withholding Tax master setup. After saving the Purchase Order, the withholding tax will be added on the Purchase Taxes and Charges table with type as Actual.
