Annual Condition in Notification

I need to create an annual repeat notification from the field “date_of_joining”.

if you didn’t have a solution then Try this.
Have a custom field for a month and day then extract them from the date of joining using the custom script on validating then make your condition when both of them is equal to the current day and month
