I am an Air Compressor Service provider.
We inspected the machine before servicing and prepared a report on the current condition. (On paper)
So I thought if possible these reports would be made on ERPNext and could be mailed directly to some Authorised person.

Create custom app
create custom doctype under that custom app to catch condition report, then send it by email is available for any doctype by default do not need extra work.
