After installation of virtual image, how do I start desktop environment from command line.
You don’t. Servers don’t have GUIs (unless it’s Microsoft Servers where the world doesn’t exist without a mouse) because they should be lean and all the resources should be primarily used for running the applications served from them. Putting a GUI on would divert valuable resources away from your applications.
For ERPNext you have a web application which runs in a browser which by default will be on your local network sharing your host computers IP address therefore you can access the website from the browser on your computer that you have the virtual machine running on through your web browser through:
