After update into V13, Contact and Address is not showing in Leads

After update into V13 erpnext, the contact and address of the customer is not showing in leads but when we apply for printing and see a preview, there, contact and address is visible.

Works fine in v13 (v13.3.0), Could you please let us know the exact version and also share a screenshot of the issue?

Like, here is a customer added but when we upgrade the erpnext into v13, the address and details are not showing. I am sharing an image for reference.
