I have added few custom fields on item DocType and exported them with export button. Now I have noticed that Item, and Stock Entry doctypes do not have dashboard when I open record.
Figured it out.
Instead of exporting with fixtures, which requires you to make your custom app owner of doctype, just export changes from download changes in customize window.
