I wanted to know what the exact difference between naming series and series that what’s the impact and which one is more preferable and why ?

Could you elaborate what do you mean by “series” because naming series in erpnext is use to set doctype series.
I don’t think there are any advantage or disadvantage over one method versus another. Use a naming series that best suits your company. ERPNext internal series is good and simple for anyone to understand.
