Adding Custom Logo on Sales/Purchase Order form Head

i want to add custom logo on top of the sales/purchase order form. like this.

how can i do this ?

Add logo jpg/png file to Letterhead. Name it and set it as default. In Print Setting tick Print with letterhead.

After that all printing with be with default letterhead.
