Added New Features in ISSUE form

hi all,

we have added various features in the ISSUE form. Add-ons on various levels of responses by the employees to the issue, there for each employee will give his/her status of being resolved or unresolved.

when ever issue comes then we will fill first responded by(EMPLOYEE) and description then the employee will enter its status as resolved or unresolved. If the issue is unresolved then the another table will automatically appear and their we can enter second responded by and description also the status. Until the status is unresolved tables will appear automatically till the status is resolved.

NOTE:- we cannot submit the issue form until the status is resolved.
