Add module to my new frappe app

Hi, I’m new in erpnext and frappe framework. I want to know how I can add a existing module to my app, for example Humans Resources. Thanks

HR Module comes with erpnext app prebuilt. To install ERPNext 12 through bench type

bench get-app --branch version-12 erpnext https://github.com/frappe/erpnext.git
