Add hook at on session creation

Hi,

i wonder in hooks.py there is :
on_session_creation = “erpnext.shopping_cart.utils.set_cart_count”

what if i want to add new hooks ?

i tried to create new app , but i find that hooks i wrote there isnt working

Anyway how is my question? how can add a new file on the hook… beacuse from the format look like i just can call 1 file…
