Hello everyone,
I have a question about Accounting Journal from Purchase Return.
My company have 2 Erpnext. One is for testing and the other is our production data.
When I’m creating Purchase Return in the testing server, it works perfectly. I mean there is accounting journal automatic created based on Purchase Return i’ve submited.
But in Production server, the accounting journal not automatic created.
I’ve tried to edit the docstatus to draft and submit it again, but still the accounting journal is not created.
I’ve tried to compare the account setting both server, both server have the same setting.
Is there a way to make the accounting journal can be post beside creating journal entry manually?
