Hi! In my company we’re using ERPNext through a provider but in some cases we need to access the server to see the stored files. What do we need in order to access our database stored by them?
This would be a question directly for your provider, as they are the ones who have the credentials to your database and files.
My assumption would be to ask for remote database access via a database client like HeidiSQL or another among the slew of applications. This access would require the IP/domain, port, username, and password.
