One of our users is restricted from adding an address to a Customer that user had created herself
Which Role does a user need to have in order to setup a new customer AND add an address for that? Surprisingly “Sales Manager” alone seems not to be sufficient
In Role Permission Manager, give write access to Sales Manager on Address and Customer doctype.
thanks, that works. Do you know whether there is a way to add such to a single user only? Like I had one specific
Sales Manager who should be able to add an Address but not the others?
Or would you clone/copy the Role

Sales Manager B role while everybody else stays on the standard
