When an e-mail is trying to be seen in web page, a 404 error is shown

Hello,

when a quotation is sent by mail, and if user clicks the link in the e-mail body in order to see the quotation in web, a page not found error is shown.

This is the actual link:

https://erp.example.com/Quotation/QUO19/0001?format=Standard&key=c01449ebc8737582fd89783a651af5fc1ab0e06af9a078c1021b9f51

One thing you may notice is that quotation number is QUO19/0001. I think the slash present in the quotation name may affect the display. Is it interfering with it? if it is, quotation number should not allow slash to be configured as part of the name.
