In website in my account (web form update-profile) if I change profile image then it is reloaded only after I manually reload page.
For clients it seems like some bug - new picture is uploaded but old one is shown.
I see there was some changes in version v9 (Possible because of this web form redirects to the created record after submit by anonymous user · Issue #2266 · frappe/frappe · GitHub …?)
In website after saving Web Form, for users are not shown anymore show_success_message()?
