V11 Report Formatting: Needs a Fixed Minimum Height on Desktop

  1. Sometimes the height is half the screen and doesnt look right.

  2. a. The horizontal scroll bar needs only be one.
    b. The Vertical scroll bar is hidden most of the time.

  3. Another enhancement needed is freezing of the first column.
