Unable to connect to my site

I cannot access my site through the web browser. I always receive error 500 (Internal Server Error).
The error message is sometimes ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE and other times it is ERR_CONECTION_RESET, but always with status 500.

All this has been happening since, last Friday, the computer where my application is hosted suffered a power outage. Now I have no way to access my site.

At first, web.error.log showed the following error related to MySQL server:

OperationalError: (2003," Cannot connect to MySQL server on u'localhost "([Errno 111] Connection refused) ")

but I have already solved that error, and now it does not show any type of error.

Now Iā€™m not sure how to continue. I will try to provide all the information that is required to solve this problem.
