SMS Settings when internet is available

Hey all this is vivek here hope all are good.
I need a help from u people.I am working on education system where we need to send SMS.My concern is that is it possible to send sms whenever we have network connection.My setup

I make a new instance and through LAN connection users are accessing it through browser now the setup is running without internet.Now when the internet is available user need to send sms.

2.Is it possible to make ERP as server application without internet.for eg using LAN connectivity with browser access.

Kindly please help me in the above issues which means me a lot.Thanks advance.If not clear plz ask me any time

hi @VDIPL

ERPNext can be accessible over lan but for sending SMS you need to subscribe to a SMS vendor and definitely you need internet connection for the same too.
