Sales Invoice is not fetching Sales Team based on customer

Hi,

I’ve been trying to fetch “Sales Team”/ Sales Person in Sales Invoice directly based on the Customer setup.

When I try to create a Sale Order, the Sales Team gets fetched automatically and creating a Sales Invoice from the order also contains the same team.

But, if I want to create an independent Sales Invoice, though there’s the section for Sales Team, it doesn’t get fetched based on the customer!

Is there any way around?

Hello, @fnrfarid thanks for reaching out! Not sure why this doesn’t work for you, but it seems to be working fine in my instance. Creating a Sales Invoice from Customer Dashboard as well as creating a Sales Invoice independently. Check out:
