Quotation Status

Hello,

I am using ERPNext just for quoting customers and warehouse inventory. We have Salesforce but our corporate doesn’t want to invest in other modules, thus the need for ERPNext for our local office.

But my question is once I have made and submitted a quote. How do i change the status from submitted to say “Closed - Won”. I see a button for “Set as lost”, but having an option for “Winning” the bid. I have no need to create a Sales Order since we do that in Salesforce.

Hi When you win the contract you use the button to “Make Sales Order”. See the picture. Once done the status of the Quotation will change to Ordered and a new Sales Order will be made. From there on you can either make Delivery Note or Invoice or both.
