Purchase request for all items in both 1st level and second level BOM

Hi sir,

Iam totally confused. can you help me to solve this issues.

  1. In my office we are purchasing the first level Bom items and by using first level Bom items we are
    manufacturing the second level Bom(Bom which is creating during the period of production).
  2. For that we need items to purchase for both first level and second level bom.
  3. if we are making a materials request for purchasing items which are not in stock, (i need the total count should be total “items needed-items contained in stock”). then only i can make the exact count of items for making material request.
