[Not an issue] Wrong link for creating new Party Type

In the Journal Entry, the Party Type dropdown “+Create a new…” (under the Party Type list) have wrong link. It should go to new Party Type form, instead it goes to new Doctype form.

I see in the doctype the Link relates to Doctype doctype instead of Party’s doctype.

Why is this issue closed?
I didn’t show a solution. I present the evidence that the field Party Type links to DocType doctype as the Options.
That makes the dropdown list populate with doctypes list, not Party Type list.

How can I fix this? Or anyone here has fixed it?
