Good day devs! I have a question regarding HR’s leave application. When applying leaves, is it possible to send email notifications to every employee in the leaver’s Department? For example, I’m from IT department, I will apply leave and i want every employee from IT department to get an email notification from ERPnext. Is it possible? Only leave approvers gets email notification. Thank you in advance.
Hi @Niero.
Try to use “Sending by Role” method in Notification List you have created.
and apply spesific role to the employee in that Department.

As of now this is not possible, currently you can send it only to leave approvers or owner but not to the entire department.
