I was using VM local installed erpnext
now i ve signed up erpnext.com paid version

how to migrate data from local to hosted erpnext ?

You can export sql and file from existing local server and send it to ERPNext Support time, it might possible that they will help you to restore data. You will not get any console access of ERPNext cloud.
