How can i remove all this white space on this receipt

We are trying to change our print format from the middle receipt to the one on the left. We have a lot of white space at the bottom of the receipt

This space is coming from the current used print format. You need to check the print format code and change it.

Yup. @bghayad is correct. This is a print format issue. The printer doesn’t know when to stop printing and cut the paper

So it depends on the size that is written in the format print code. Could be the size is long?
