HELP! With File DocType Permission Settings

I am having issues setting permissions adequately for a scenario.

3 users have Accounts Manager Role
2 users do not have Accounts Manager Role

I have the following folders and files in Files:

  • Attachments
  • Accounting integrations
  • file1.jpg

I want to let all 5 users have access to Attachments folder.
I want to let only 3 users with Accounts Manager to have access to Accounting integrations folder. No access by other users at all. Files added to this folder should inherit these permissions, so as to not be bothering with permissions for the future.

How best to configure Roles and Permissions for this?
