Editing item description in quotation loses its format

Hi

Everytime we edit the description of an item it does not show up in the html format. Also the html edit tools are missing.

After the page reload and try to edit the description, it shows in the correct format.

Its really annoying as we need to reload the page each time when we try to edit the description of an item.
I have tried with Linux (Chrome, firefox) Windows (Chrome, IE). Is this a known issue or is there a work around? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Are you just putting description without selecting any item?

Hi ushashmi

First we add item by selecting the item code. Then select the item by clicking its serial number column on the left side to get the edit item screen.

Its been few days since my first post. Is this a known issue???
