Doesn't start with fresh installation on ubuntu xenial32 box

Hello,

I’m trying to installing ERPNext on my virtual environment with virtual box with vagrant. I’ve successfully installed the Bench/Frappe/ERPNext by easy installation script from the GitHub repo. But, the installation is not working when i’m trying to start the bench by entering “bench start”

Same issue, but evert times with different file in hr module cause this issue.

Hello All, i am new on erpnext. I have one issue when i start bench using “bench start” command my instance is automatically stop. below is the Trace back.
