Disable new version notification for normal users

Hi all,

since a few releases, a new feature has been introduced which shows the latest release of an ERPNext package

I like this feature a lot, but it should be limited to System Managers. For the normal user, this is confusing and to some point annoying (because it pops up every day). I see there is a similar ongoing topic in How to turn off nagging notification about new version

Any other feedback on this?

Even for System Managers it is annoying! There should be a way to set the frequency and a way to turn it off completely. This is a serious nag especially when you have no interest in updating!
