Different [Batch No] Search Fields in Purchase Receipt Item & Delivery Note Item Form

I was add multiple search fields in Batch DocType. But it was different results show in purchase receipt item form and delivery note item form.

This is Delivery Note Item - Original Batch No Field in form.

This is Delivery Note Item - Custom Batch Number Field in form.

Please tell me why this happen? And how to fix it?

Hi , I am looking into similar issue as well. Can anyone tell me how is this happening ?

I also have this problem. Delivery Note form seems to override link titles
