How could i have the list of variable if i develop in Print Format (Custom Format)? I need as per following:

The form fields will be available for use in print formats like any other field.
I developed customs field and linked with Employees but I’m unable to fetch the data. Could you guide more like if I select an employees then I need to print that employee cell number and email on quotation and how could I fetch that data? Our objectivity is select and print any concerned employee details for contact on quotation.
