Can i use erpnext to type and print official papers

hi
i noticed that i’m using google docs to type official papers and print it
but this processes is hard for after while if to search in old papers ?
i think if i can user letterhead style already added in erpnext
and then type what ever i want i can get this paper later any time i think this would be easier from google docs
do i have to create a custom doctype ?
or it already in erpnext

i can dublicate notes doctype but i want to add a reference or serial number it will make it easier to fetch the letters later
