after we create a new patient we find that there are some filed will appear
like

patient appointment Lab Test

consultation Vital Sign
i made a new DocType . its name XrayCbt
i want to add its name under those name in Patient .
To be like this
- patient appointment Lab Test
- consultation Vital Sign
- XrayCbt
So For example when i click on Patient named test3
i can see its xrays and + sign beside it
same like consultation so we can add and we can see the linked xray to that patient
