Activity tool - how to change permissions

Hi all,

I’m unable to change permissions for activity tool, accessed via Tools → Activity.
I was able to change Activity Log but that doesn’t reflect the above. I’d like to hide activity tool from everyone but System User.

Any advice will be really appreciated.

Change it from Page master or Permission Manager for Page and Report.
