Access Restriction in Shopping Cart / Customer Portal

Hi All,
I have one customer with multiple contact persons who are accessing the shopping cart. If person A logs in & adds 3 items in cart, got to cart page & logs out. And then person B logs in, he can see the previous 3 items in his cart which were added by Person A.

Is this the way it is suppose to work, because its quite confusing for customer to place orders, it should be restricted per contact added in the Quotation.

Any thoughts or suggestions on this or if anyone has a workaround for this scenario?
